In this cultural study, he tried to demonstrate how the dynamism of Iranian filmmaking, its content, objectives and meaning have radically changed following the Revolution, and how and why this change relates to the social changes of the post-revolutionary Iranian society, both culturally and morally.
This study did not cover technical nor historical issues of Iranian cinema but was rather reflect Dr. Ata Hoodashtian's informed analysis as a social analyst.
